You know those dreams you have? Consider this your sign to take the first step. After pursuing a gigantic dream of mine, I now compare chasing your dreams to birthing a child. Although, let’s be honest, everything I know about that came from the movie, but hear me out!

My mat is where I feel most at home. Most alive. Most in tune with who I am and my place in this world. But if I’m being honest, I haven’t felt at home on my mat in a long time. Somewhere between the end of my travels and today, I lost my way.

Yet, I found myself playing very small recently. I was being presented magnificent opportunities - like from my 2017 vision board opportunities - and found myself terrified.

I’ve been told I’m a tad dramatic, but when office gossip leads to big leaps, I’m all for it.

Many of us think of our jobs as our calling. Then, when we leave a job, it can feel as if we’re losing a part of ourselves because we’ve identified so closely with that function or title. That’s the difference between a job and a calling - your calling doesn’t leave you.
