Stop Tripping Over Your Laces

When did you learn to tie your shoes?

My guess is you were a young kid.

Me, I was probably 4 or 5 years old because I knew how to tie them when I was started kindergarten.

Did I tie them well? No.

I tripped over my shoelaces and was frequently caught re-tying my shoes in the middle of recess.

Now, I can tie shoes in my sleep. You probably can as well.

You practice, practice and practice some more until you just do it so naturally you no longer have to consciously think about doing it.

It becomes a part of your DNA.

You, my friend, are a woman who ties her shoes.

That’s called mastery.

The same goes with running. Yoga. Writing. Cooking. Public Speaking. And anything else you do.

It’s awkward at first. You fumble. You fail. You fall down or trip over your words. You get the ingredients wrong.

And, you keep trying until you eventually master the skill.

You know what else you can learn to master?

Your mindset.

The only reason some people are always happy, optimistic, glowing people and you’re not is because they’ve learned to master their mindset.

Do they have negative thoughts? Negative experiences? Negative days?

Yes!

And, they’ve mastered the art of re-framing their thoughts.

Every action you take starts from a thought you have about your current circumstance.

The fastest way to change your circumstance is to manage your mindset.

Those happy people - they’re simply choosing to focus on the thoughts that lead to the results they want.

During the Mind Your Mindset Masterclass, you learn tools to re-frame your thoughts.

What that means to you is the ability to master your mindset so easily you can do it in your sleep.

The real value is the joy you experience when someone tells you that you seem so happy lately.

Fair warning though - they’ll want to know what you did to get there because they see something in you that they desire for themselves.

Ready to experience more joy? It starts here.
